Please note, the focus in Career Education for Grades 6 – 7 is:

  • recognizing personal preferences
  • goal setting
  • self-assessment
  • managing a project (PBL) (E.g. building a treehouse)
  • developing community/social awareness
  • look for volunteer opportunities
  • work on developing a (network) circle of mentors, family, and close friends to whom the child can talk about making decisions

OverDrive:  Browse the ‘Bible’ tab.  In L4U search under ‘Bible’ as keyword.  This will produce devotional programs, and Bible study materials for all grades along with fiction and non-fiction content.
