You MUST Log In According to Your Patron Type

If you are a new patron, your account will not be activated until the first week of August for the upcoming school year, even though you may have already received your username/password.

Enrolled & Registered Patrons with Encom Access

  • Enrolled parents & students, Registered parents, Teachers, EAs

  • Use your Encom username and password

  • Lost your Encom credentials? Reset them here.

All Other Patrons

  • CC Teachers

  • Username/password emailed to you by the Learning Commons

  • No username/password? Email Shandra Wiebe or the subscriptions facilitator.

Browse Without A Search Portal Account

  • See what’s available to borrow once your credentials are active

  • New patrons may book items for the upcoming school year starting beginning of August

  • You will not be able to book items before your credentials are activated; we cannot grant requests for early access
