4 Canoes

4 Canoes, formerly called Canoe Kids, is a series of authentic indigenous digital magazines, which is now available to HCOS students for First Peoples studies.  These magazines give students an opportunity to learn from indigenous peoples of the world, one culture at a time.  Produced three times a year, they expect to have a main focus on Canada. These magazines contain a selection of articles, stories and informational text, supported by a variety of high quality photographs and some art.
