Here are the steps to purchase items from the webstore:

  • Hover over the SHOP tab and click on a subject, such as Math.  Browse the items.
  • Add the items to your cart.
  • When done, click on the cart.
  • You will be asked to set up an account, enter your info or click on Log in if you have already created an account. You can also just use the Guest option.
  • If you are using a PO# for payment, enter the percentage off coupon FIRST, (save10 or save20), before the HCOS PO coupon in order to receive the discount. Then enter coupon:  HCOS PO  in the coupon box and enter the student PO number in the comment box. 
    • Click Apply Coupon – the total should show zero after coupons are applied unless you are paying for shipping.
    • If you have an order from the Learning Commons being sent this month, you can combine shipping to save the shipping cost.
    • We cannot hold purchases over the summer for August or September LC bookings.  We are moving!
    • Click Proceed to Checkout.
  • If you are paying via Paypal, or Cash (local patrons only), enter coupon code, (if there is a sale on), and click Apply Coupon. Don’t forget to use the coupon code before you pay!
  • Enter billing and shipping details.
  • Choose your shipping preference.  
  • Shipping can be paid with PO funds.  Choose the shipping option: Shipping to be paid with HCOS PO – amount will be added manually
  • The shipping will be added to the order and deducted from funding.
  • If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be sent to a Paypal screen. 
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.
